Luke is a highly-skilled design craftsman with a strong vision and a head full of curiosity to learn more. At the same time even with all the skills, he is extremely humble and down to earth. It's really inspiring that he always looks to get better at everything in his work and always tries to find new methods to get insights. It personally motivates me to want to get better too. He had so much on his plate, yet he is so well organized with it and he does so much, it is super impressive!

Luke delivers and delivers fast. And this is particularly remarkable given the breadth of our areas of ownership. He is on top of it all, working closely with me and our frontenders as well as outside teams. He encourages collaboration from the get-go. He designed all our quant tools — Dashboard, Trends, Funnels — and many other key features in Hotjar. All in all, he's a great designer and everyone loves working with him. The accumulated impact of the products he's designed is massive.
